Solutions:

1) My scale shows different weight than the actual one.

Solution: Please keep the scale on a flat hard surface and weigh yourself for an accurate weight.

2) The display shows Lo message, why?

Solution: Please insert new batteries as the LO indicates a Low battery.

3) Is the screen LCD or LED display & room temperature is accurate?

Solution: The Display digits are LCD and the room tempature is accurate.

4) Is this made up of Normal plastic or ABS material?

Solution: The material is made up of ABS plastic and can withstand a weight upto 180 Kg.

5) How to change the Units?

Solution: Please open the battery compartment lid and toggle the unit switch to change the measurement to kg, st, or lb.

6) I hear a cracking sound whenever I stand on the scale. Is it normal?

Solution: Yes, this is perfectly normal, as the bushes need to adjust according to your weight.

7) Can I use it to measure luggage weight?

Solution: Since the scale is designed specifically for body measurements, we do not recommend using it for any other purpose.

8) One of the leg stand is loose. Can it be fixed?

Solution: Yes, you can attach the leg stands(bush) yourself. Please contact our team at 985 9856 36, and we’ll share the instructional video with you.

9) How to clean the scale on a regular basis?

Solution: Please make sure to remove batteries when not in use for a longer period of time and use dry cloth to clean & maintain the product.
