1) How to use this Bluetooth Scale?

Solution: Please switch location & bluetooth in your handheld device and Tap on My device option on the app & follow the steps mentioned below:

• Select Add device
• Tap in Body fat scale
• Tap on confirm.
• Tap on connect option to sync BS200 model.
• Stand on the scale barefeet until the app dispays all the parameters.

2) Which app is used to check the parameters?

Solution: Please download Fitdays app from Android/iOS store.

3) How many parameters are available for this model?

Solution: Currently, there are 28 parameters available to view.

4) My Device cannot be connected via Bluetooth.

Solution: Please ensure that your phone’s Bluetooth and location services are turned on, then gently tap the scale to enable detection in the app.

5) Are the parameters accurate?

Solution: Yes, the parameters are accurate as the scale uses BIA Technology.

6) How many users can be added in the app?

Solution: You can add upto 24 users in the Fitdays app.

7) Can I download the data?

Solution: Yes, please tap on the Report option in the main page, and then share the report to your preferred destination.

8) How to change the Unit from Lb to Kg?

Solution: Gently tap on the Unit button behind the scale to change the Unit as well as in the app (Settings- Switch Units)

9) Can we connect the app with 3rd party apps?

Solution: Yes, you can connect Fitbit, Google Fit, Health Connect and Samsung Health app.

10) How to use the “Baby Mode”?

Solution: Tap on '+' icon and select Baby mode and follow the instructions provided.

11) Is the glass durable?

Solution: Yes, the scale can tolerate upto a weight limit of 180Kgs

12) The Weigh Machine is stuck at “Lo”, Why?

Solution: Please insert new batteries and Lo indicates low battery.

13) The display handle wire is stuck and doesn't retract to the scale.

Solution: Please hold the handle and gently pull upwards to its maximum so that it retracts itself.

14) How many electrodes does this scale have?

Solution: This model has 8 electrodes, 4 in the weight scale and 4 in the handle.

15) Why is there a "Teen Mode" but no "Pregnancy mode"?

Solution: As the scale uses BIA Technology, we do not recommend individuals who are pregnant to use this model.

16) What are the modes available to be used for this model?

Solution: There are Standard, Teen, Baby, Teen, Toddler, Child and Athlete modes available.

17) Is this scale battery-powered or rechargeable?

Solution: This scale has internal batteries and is rechargeable via USB-C type port.
