1) How to use this Kitchen Scale?

Solution: Place the scale on a hard, level surface. Tap the Tare button to turn it ON, and wait for it to show 0 before placing any item on it.

2) What is the maximum and minimum weight capacity?

Solution: Minimum weight is 3 grams, and maximum is 5000 grams.

3) How to use Tare/zero mode function?

Solution: Gently tap the Tare button, place a bowl weighing at least 200 g on the scale, then press the Tare button again to activate Tare mode (the screen will show “T”).

4) How to change the Units?

Solution: Press and hold the Tare button for 3 seconds to change the Units.

5) Are the parameters accurate?

Solution: Yes, the parameters are accurate as the scale uses BIA Technology.

6) How many Units are available?

Solution: This model provides g, ml(water), ml(milk), fl'oz(water), fl'oz(milk) and lb:oz.

7) Are the readings accurate?

Solution: Yes, the readings are accurate. Please make sure to place the scale on a flat surface.

8) Can we keep the Hot items for measurement?

Solution: No, it is not recommended to keep any hot items on the scale.

9) Is it Waterproof?

Solution: No, the scale is not waterproof; hence, please use the scale in a dry place.

10) How to switch off the scale?

Solution: This model has an auto-off function and switches off within 2 minutes when idle.

11) The scale shows a negative value. Why?

Solution: Kindly keep the scale on a flat surface and then press the Tare button to reset to zero (lifting the scale will result in negative values)

12) The Weigh Machine is stuck at “Lo”, Why?

Solution: Please insert a new button cell as Lo indicates low battery.
