Solutions:

1) How to use the Product?

Solution: There are three available modes. Please follow the steps below to use them:

a) Steriliser: Add Water up to 120ml  in the Base Unit and then place 2-3 bottles & turn the Knob to Steriliser mode (10-12)minutes.

b) Dryer: Place the sterilised bottle in the upper unit and turn the knob to Dryer mode(40) minutes.

c) Steriliser and Dryer: Turn the knob to "Sterilise/Dry". The light stops flashing, and the unit sterilises and transfers to dry automatically, then stops afterwards. 

2) How many modes are available?

Solution: There are 3 modes available, which are Steriliser, Dryer and Sterilzer/Dryer modes.

3) Can be we use Steel Utensils to sterilise?

Solution: No, we do not recommend using Steel Utensils.

4) Does it have Auto cut off option?

Solution: Yes, after each mode, the function will automatically turn off and a blinking red light will indicate that the cycle has completed.

5) How to descale the deposits from the Steel plate?

Solution: Pour 100 ml of water into the steel plate in the base unit, then add 30 ml of vinegar. Switch to Steriliser mode, wait until the water evaporates, and wipe away any residue with a dry cloth.

6) Is it a Medical Device?

Solution: No, this massager is not a Medical Device. 

7) Is it Safe to use?

Solution: Yes, the product is certified safe to use.
