Ans: Yes, you can use the pad multiple times as per your requirement.

2. What is the UV light wavelength?

Ans: The wavelength is between 200 and 280nm.

3. UV light kills bacteria?

Ans: UV (ultraviolet) light can kill bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms. 

4. Is this device certified or tested to be safe for direct inhalation by individuals with respiratory conditions such as asthma?

Ans: Yes, it is certified safe to use.

5. Is it Safe to Inhale Steam?

Ans: Yes, it's perfectly safe to inhale the steam.

6. Does it relive cold and cough i.e nasal allergies?

Ans: Yes, it very likely can provide some symptomatic relief for nasal congestion.

7. Can the residual water from main body can be removed?

Ans: Please tilt the product upside down after it's cooled down.

8. Is the product BPA-free and heat-resistant plastic?

Ans: The plastic body is heat-resistant; however, not BPA-free.

9. Steamer emits a plastic smell, is it safe to inhale?

Ans: Since the internal components are new, you may notice a slight plastic smell initially. We recommend using the steamer at least 6–7 times for the odor to completely disappear.

10. What is the UV lamp type?

Ans: The UV lamp is UV-C Type.

11. Can we use Aroma oil with Water?

Ans: No, we do not recommend mixing any oil with water. The steamer includes an aroma tray with cotton pads specifically designed for using aroma oils safely.
